EVH Finance provided a £48.4m facility to refinance the Lu2on mixed-use scheme. The Lu2on project is a residential mixed-use scheme situated approximately 1 mile from Luton town center.
Phase one pf the project is complete and provides 401 private residential units, 68 parking spaces and 23,390 sq ft of commercial space. Phase two is a land with planning consent for 553 residential units. The combined square footage of the two phases is 452,000 sq ft. The loan was completed in January of 2022.
